Quantra ("we", "our", or "the Extension") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy outlines our strict adherence to the Google Chrome Web Store User Data Policy and describes how information is handled when you use the Quantra browser extension.

1. Single Purpose

Quantra is an independent quantitative market analysis and charting tool designed for Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) traders and investors. The Extension provides interactive candlestick charts, technical indicators, transaction volume flow visualizations, and portfolio categorization directly in the browser's side panel.

2. Zero Personal Data Collection

We do NOT collect, transmit, store, sell, or monetize any Personally Identifiable Information (PII). Specifically:

• No names, email addresses, phone numbers, or physical addresses are collected.
• No trading passwords, broker PINs, securities account credentials, or financial payment details are ever accessed or stored.
• No personal browsing history, search records, or private communications are monitored or tracked.

3. Local Storage and Data Handling

• Chart & User Preferences: Indicator choices (e.g. MA periods, VWAP anchors), display themes, and sub-portfolio custom categories are stored strictly locally on your machine using Chrome's native chrome.storage.local API.
• License Verification & Trial Management: When verifying a PRO license key or managing the 7-day trial, the Extension transmits a non-reversible, anonymous cryptographic hash of your browser installation ID solely to ensure single-device policy compliance and calculate the remaining trial duration. No personal identifiers are attached to this process.

4. Permissions Justification

• sidePanel: Used to render the interactive candlestick chart, watchlist, and order flow visualization in Chrome's native sidepanel interface alongside the active workspace.
• storage: Used to save indicator configurations, display preferences, and custom sub-portfolio categories locally on your device.
• activeTab: Used to detect the active stock ticker symbol from the current tab URL (e.g. stockbit.com/symbol/...) so that the chart synchronizes automatically without manual user retyping.
• tabs: Used to monitor URL navigation events when switching between stock tabs to keep the sidepanel chart up-to-date in real-time.
• cookies: Used to authenticate quote data requests with the market provider using the user's existing active session without prompting for credentials or passwords.
• scripting: Used to inject sub-portfolio management controls into the portfolio webpage and perform fallback data fetching within the user's active session.
• Host Permissions (https://*.stockbit.com/*): Strictly limited to the stockbit.com domain to enable market quote fetching and sub-portfolio organization on the target platform.

5. Third-Party Disclaimer

Quantra is an independent, third-party analytical tool developed for educational and personal productivity purposes. Quantra is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with PT Stockbit Sekuritas Digital, Stockbit Pte Ltd, PT Bursa Efek Indonesia (IDX), or any official brokerage entity. All product names, logos, and brands are property of their respective owners.

6. User Consent & Declarations

In accordance with the Google Chrome Web Store Developer Program Policies:

• We do not sell or transfer user data to third parties.
• We do not use or transfer user data for purposes unrelated to the extension's single purpose.
• We do not use or transfer user data to determine creditworthiness or for lending purposes.
